Nannette Chacon
Postural & Movement Optimization Specialist • Biomechanics & Mobility Coach

My Story
Nannette Chacon is a movement specialist with more than 12,000 hours of hands-on coaching experience, helping clients improve movement quality, restore alignment, reduce limitations, and move with greater confidence through evidence-informed training.
Her foundation was built in therapeutic and rehabilitation-focused environments, where she developed a deep understanding of how posture, movement patterns, compensation strategies, and breathing mechanics can influence comfort, mobility, and overall function.
Over the years, Nannette has worked with professional athletes, active adults, and individuals recovering from injury, helping them better understand how their bodies move and identify patterns that may be contributing to discomfort or restriction.
At Youth Fairy, Nannette focuses specifically on postural evaluation, movement assessment, mobility, and corrective movement education. Her goal is to identify movement dysfunctions and compensatory patterns that may be contributing to discomfort or limitation, then provide practical, individualized guidance to help clients move more efficiently.

Her Approach
Nannette does not believe in simply pushing through discomfort or forcing movement. Her approach begins with understanding how the body is moving, identifying where compensation or restriction may be occurring, and then creating practical strategies to improve alignment, mobility, and movement efficiency.
Her sessions at Youth Fairy are designed to be simple, highly individualized, and focused on assessment, education, mobility, and corrective movement rather than traditional strength training.
